Galvanized steel sheet in coil, or GI, is a versatile and widely used material in various construction and industrial applications. Our high-quality GI products are specially produced to meet different usage purposes and provide long-lasting durability. With a capacity of about 700,000 tons per year, we offer a wide range of sizes, from 860mm to 1250mm in width or slitting width from 50mm to 900mm, and a thickness range of 0.25mm to 3.0mm.
Our GI coils come in different grades, including SGCC, DX51D, CSB, and SS, with a zinc coating range of 60g/m2 to 600g/m2. They are available in regular, minimize, skin-passed, or non-skin-passed spangles. The coil weight ranges from 2-25MT, and we offer flexible payment options such as T.T or LC At Sight.
We use advanced technology, including NOF (Non-Oxidizing Furnace), chromate, unoiled, various spangles, and hot-dipped techniques, to ensure superior corrosion resistance and heat resistance. Our products are equipped with a chromate anti-finger layer, making them stain-proof and resistant to oxidation, and keeping their surface shiny for a long time. They also have a protective layer of zinc of 100 – 275 grams per square meter, providing excellent resistance to corrosion in different environments.
We package our GI coils with waterproof paper, polyethylene rush inhibitor, antirust paper, a ring of defends on the inside and outside, steel belt, and the guard plate. We can also customize packaging according to your specific requirements.
Our GI coils are widely used in the construction industry as raw material for the production of corrugated panels, fencing products, drywall panel profiles, ventilation systems, and more.
